Pastor Nancy previously served as Minister of Evangelism in Cleveland, OH working with new and renewing congregations. She has also been Associate Conference minister in Michigan Conference UCC. She holds the following degrees:
- Doctor of Ministry in Preaching, Chicago Theological Seminary
- Master of Divinity, Andover Newton Theological School
- Master of Arts in Learning Disabilities, St. Louis University
- Bachelor of Psychology and Special Education, SUNY at Geneseo

Pastor Ted previously served as Senior Minister of the United Church of Christ, Congregational of Medina, OH. He has also served as Interim Senior Minister to Park Church UCC of Grand Rapids, MI, Second Congregational UCC of Grand Rapids, MI, and Zion Evangelical UCC of St. Joseph MI, and has been Staff Person for Youth and Outdoor Ministries for Michigan Conference of the UCC. He holds the following degrees:
- Doctor of Ministry in Counseling, Chicago Theological Seminary
- Master of Divinity, Eden Theological Seminary
- Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, SUNY at Geneseo Ted enjoys tennis, golf and people.

Rev. David W. Ragan - David is the Interim Associate Pastor at Church of the Beatitudes. He is a native of Phoenix, where he attended both grade school and high school. Prior to his call at Church of the Beatitudes, he was associate minister at Church of the Red Rocks in Sedona. David is a founding member of No Longer Silent: Clergy for Justice. He has served on Valley Interfaith Project's Board of Directors. He has served on many Boards of Directors, including Habitat for Humanity Valley of the Sun and Duet. He is a founding board member of the Greater Phoenix Interfaith Hospitality Network (a.k.a. Family Promise). He has two children, Tyler (15 years) and Kinley (12 years), who are his passion and joy.
